David Bernstein - Chief Executive Officer David Bernstein is Pharus Group’s Chief Executive Officer, and works with clients to increase business productivity while helping to install strong customer satisfaction. David has over 30 years of corporate management experience in strategic planning, operations management, manufacturing, sales, marketing and product development. He has earned supplier excellence awards from Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed, and Raytheon. He is a graduate of Long Island University. David's background as a solutions provider includes the application of proven skills developed and enhanced by pro-active, "hands-on" involvement. Robert Votaw - Senior Business Consultant Robert Votaw joins Pharus Group following a successful career in finance, working for several community banks as a commercial, residential and consumer lender as well as retail banking manager. The insights and perspectives gained from working both as a business owner and a banker allow Mr. Votaw a unique approach to helping businesses maximize their potential. Prior to his professional career in finance, Mr. Votaw spent close to twenty years operating and growing a factory authorized warranty repair service for major manufacturers like Kohler, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath, American Standard and others servicing most of central and south Florida. After purchasing the company in 1990 he began to expand the company services by adding DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, a national kitchen and bath remodeling and refinishing franchise. The company quickly became the premier warranty service in Florida and expanded once again by offering a training school to teach other entrepreneurs from around the country the business model.
