Chris Morhardt - President and Founder

Christopher Morhardt is the President and Founder of Florida based Pharus Group, LLC. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a degree in Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture and continued his education in business administration and entrepreneurship at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. In addition to multiple achievements and certifications in small business practice, Mr. Morhardt has been honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was presented with two Torch awards from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for business integrity. Mr. Morhardt has over 18 years of successful business management experience in various industries including 14 years in the Architectural / Engineering / Construction industry. He maintains a proven strength in business analysis and implementation of success strategies for improved performance and profitability. His diverse background experience lends to an ability to balance practicality with comprehensive solutions and problem solving skills.

David Bernstein - Chief Executive Officer

David Bernstein is Pharus Group’s Chief Executive Officer, and works with clients to increase business productivity while helping to install strong customer satisfaction. David has over 30 years of corporate management experience in strategic planning, operations management, manufacturing, sales, marketing and product development. He has earned supplier excellence awards from Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed, and Raytheon. He is a graduate of Long Island University. David's background as a solutions provider includes the application of proven skills developed and enhanced by pro-active, "hands-on" involvement. This style has always resulted in doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He has functioned in this manner during his career and is able to bring the same talent and experience to Pharus Group clients.

Kevin Clark - Business Consultant

Kevin Clark holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Ethics from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA. He has the most current knowledge of ethical business practices to promote your business needs.

Kevin has a wealth of hands-on small business experience. He has up to date knowledge in the business world, and an exacting way of solving problems with a fresh eye. His ability to present information and work one on one with other business owners, combined with extensive education and innate business knowledge make him a valuable resource for all business solutions. Kevin's ability to identify issues within your business and present solid alternatives for improvement is his area of expertise.

Robert Votaw - Senior Business Consultant

Robert Votaw joins Pharus Group following a successful career in finance, working for several community banks as a commercial, residential and consumer lender as well as retail banking manager. The insights and perspectives gained from working both as a business owner and a banker allow Mr. Votaw a unique approach to helping businesses maximize their potential. Prior to his professional career in finance, Mr. Votaw spent close to twenty years operating and growing a factory authorized warranty repair service for major manufacturers like Kohler, Jacuzzi Whirlpool Bath, American Standard and others servicing most of central and south Florida. After purchasing the company in 1990 he began to expand the company services by adding DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, a national kitchen and bath remodeling and refinishing franchise. The company quickly became the premier warranty service in Florida and expanded once again by offering a training school to teach other entrepreneurs from around the country the business model. The company was then sold in 2003.

Leanna Haag - Marketing Consulting

Leanna Haag has over 10 years of marketing experience. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from the University of Central Florida. Leanna knows that in order to effectively market to your customers and prospects, you need to what what they want, need, and require from you. She will help you develop, execute, and measure your marketing strategy and tactical plan with this in mind. Leanna also specializes in social media marketing, which inculdes growing customer interaction through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other services.

Kathy Oristaglio - Marketing Communications

Kathy Oristaglio is a professional business writer, copywriter and seasoned marketing professional with over 20 years experience. Her background includes marketing management positions with Fortune 500 manufacturing companies, economic development work for state and local governments, and business-to-business and consumer marketing consulting and copywriting. She began her career as a copywriter for TV Guide Magazine and is a freelance correspondent for Scripps Treasure Coast newspapers. She holds a BS degree in Communications from James Madison University.

Kevin Daisey - Web Design

Kevin is a graphic and web designer with over 11 years of experience. He started off doing CAD design for a civil engineering firm and quickly realized that his talent would be best utilized doing what he loves. He is an artist by nature, with a creative mind and the ability to bring your ideas to life. He works hard to make sure every client is treated as if they were the only one, and has been complimented going above and beyond the scope of what is expected. Isaac Mendelson - Online Marketing Communications

Isaac Mendelson offers diverse experience combining engineering, Information Technology, creative and marketing communications. Serving clients in B2B technology markets for over 20 years, Isaac has developed advanced MARCOM (Marketing Communication) methods and technologies, placing his clients far ahead of their competition, in the front of the online communication and information technologies. Dr. Jack Mitchell brings to the Pharus Group and its clients over 25 years of Human Resources expertise. He has worked for large corporations as a Human Resources executive and also worked with many small and mid-sized companies providing HR guidance and leadership. Dr. Mitchell's advanced degrees in Law, Psychology and Theology combined with years of hands-on work in the field of Human Resources provide clients with an HR expertise not provided by most other consulting firms. A few areas of specialty provided by Dr. Mitchell are: Personality Profiling for new employees, Communication Skills Coaching and Training for Owners, Presidents and Executives, Strategic Human Resources Planning, Resolving Problems in Family-Owned and Run businesses, Employee Relations.

Dr. Linsey Willis is management and organizational consultant, and has been in the human resources and management field for 31 years. She specializes in the design and delivery of People Management Systems; e.g., the design and administration of a variety of assessment testing tools for personnel selection, leadership training, organizational audits, job analysis and policies and procedures review and analysis. Dr. Willis also provides expert witness services to employment law attorneys. She frequently speaks at national and international conferences on pertinent topics.

Linsey is on the faculty at Florida Atlantic University in the College of Business, Department of Management where she teaches a variety of courses. She also teaches certificate courses and modules for the F.A.U. Office of Executive Education Programs for the College of Business (i.e. HRM Certificate and Advanced HRM Certificate).

Linsey graduated with honors with a Doctorate with honors in Public Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship of Nova Southeastern University. She holds an M.A. degree in Forensic Studies from Indiana University, and also graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with an M.P.A. (with an HR management concentration). Dr. Willis received her Bachelors’ degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. The Human Resources Certification Institute of Society of Human Resource Management certifies her as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR).

Laura Holt - Financial Specialist

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL.  She offers advanced knowledge as a certified QuickBooks and payroll specialist. Laura creates supportive bookkeeping solutions (ie. accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and financial statements). Her 20 years of experience in the customer service industry gives her the skills to recognize client needs. Laura provides hands on experience to allow your company to focus on its expertise.

Greg Pashke, CMC, MBA, CPA, CMA, CFM - CPA

Greg Pashke is President of Pashke Consulting, a strategic, tactical and valuation consulting resource. Greg is a generalist committed to continuous learning and his mantra is "to get a lot done and have a lot of fun". Greg worked for an international accounting firm, served as CFO of a transportation enterprise, and was managing partner of a regional CPA firm prior to forming Pashke Consulting. Paul Monty - Telecom Consultant

Paul Monty has been in the telecommunications business for over 18 years. He has worked for the leaders in the telecommunications industry with companies like AT&T, Lucent Technologies, Avaya, and Qwest. Over the course of his career he has challenged himself to be an expert on the equipment, network services and wireless sides of the business. Richard Wellington - Contractor

Richard Wellington has extensive experience in plant/facility management, manufacturing operations, and engineering in the microwave/LED lighting/electronics industry. He is knowledgeable in all phases of building construction, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, pneumatics, vacuum systems, hydraulics and all associated equipment. Mr. Wellington is a goal oriented self-starter with proven leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
